When you start a rental, your bank places a temporary £10 hold on your card. It isn't a payment. When you return the power bank the hold is released, and you're charged only for the hours you used.
You have 48 hours to return it to any Rentacharger station. If you decide to keep it, a £30 non-return fee is charged after 48 hours and the power bank is yours.
